Worship in Heaven

Christian life here on earth is a preparation for our life in heaven. We have the BIBLE teaching us so many things to be prepared 'til we get there.




In fact, we can get a very powerful acronym by the word itself:

B-asic
I-information
B-efore
L-eaving
E-arth

One practice we do here that we will do straight to heaven is WORSHIP.
Are we prepared enough for heavenly worship?
Are we really worshiping the LORD the way He wants?

How do they worship in Heaven?
Revelation 4 tells us a lot about heavenly worship.

1. Heavenly worship has only ONE FOCUS or CENTER of all (vv. 2-6)

2. Heavenly worship is not scheduled, not bounded by time. (v.8)
    It means praising the LORD GOD in every moment of your life, not only when you are in     the church.

3. Heavenly worship is a constant surrendering to GOD, acknowledging His worthiness.
   (vv. 10-11)


Is this kind of worship only applicable in heaven? A big NO. There is no place, time, atmosphere that would change the meaning of worship.

As the Lord's Prayers stated, "Your will be done, here on earth, as IT IS IN HEAVEN"
